There are many reasons why a person requires a formal appraisal of their property. Some of these include: financing, litigation, estate planning or settlement and for listing purposes. Having an accredited, designated appraiser is an asset for any of those tasks. As a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and designated as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA), I am able to work for my clients in accord with CUSPAP which is the standard that we work by.
I am always happy to put this skill to work for my clients for any of their appraisal needs, but have since 2004, specialized in financing of waterfront properties and litigation work.
Whether you are buying, selling, refinancing or estate planning, feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about appraising. I am happy to work with you.
