Appraisals Overview
There are many reasons why a person requires a formal appraisal of their property. Some of these include: financing, litigation, estate planning or settlement and for listing purposes. Having an accredited, designated appraiser is an asset for any of those tasks. As a member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, and designated as a Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA), I am able to work for my clients in accord with CUSPAP which is the standard that we work by.
I am always happy to put this skill to work for my clients for any of their appraisal needs, but have since 2004, specialized in financing of waterfront properties and litigation work.
